Health Records
Digital health records in imagize™ can be organized in the same manner as your EHR records and indexed as separate document types, by tab sections, or as an entire chart under one multi-page file. Patient records are quickly located within a secure database by key index fields such as Medical Record Number, Encounter Number, Patient Name and Date of Birth along with a variety of other fields for retrieval of specific types of records and documents. All digital images are stored in industry standard formats for HIPAA compliance and long-term image preservation and record retention requirements.
Employee Files
The imagize Employee File Module provides a versatile and easy to use search and indexing template for fast retrieval of employee records. You can manage Active and Terminated employee records easily and efficiently while protecting each employees Personnel, Benefits and Medical information.
